Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, changes/cancellations cannot be guaranteed. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it has been received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, as well as PayPal for your convenience.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, with shipments typically going out the next business day after processing. Note that orders are processed between Monday and Friday, and we do not ship on weekends. Processing times may be longer during holidays or sales.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 8-16 days, depending on your location.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us, and we’ll take care of it.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
All prices on our website are listed in lei and do not include taxes or duties. Depending on your country, you may be required to pay customs fees, import duties, and taxes once your order arrives. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by Shirazo. We also cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.
